The policy governing funding for curling programs is outlined on the forms posted below.  Please read through the appropriate form(s) carefully so you have a clear understanding of policy and protocol.

Please note:  purchases made AFTER the last day of competition will not be considered as eligible expenses toward the current school year/season.

If your team attended Regionals and/or Provincials, fill out and append the Regionals and/or Provincials Expenses form.

IMPORTANT NOTE:  In curling, it is not uncommon for school teams/school curlers to enter into community leagues play.  This creates a gray area in terms of funding, as regular season grants are calculated based on "days of competition", so it is important to clarify what a day of competition is.  For a game/competition to be sanctioned as a "school" competition:
- your team must be made up of only members of your school's program
- your Board-approved coach or supervisor must be present
- your opponent must be a school team (made up of only members of that school's program)
- your opponent's Board-approved coach or supervisor must be present
If these conditions are not met, the competition cannot be sanctioned by the Board and thus cannot be eligible for Board funding.
